Coping Covers and Parapet Flashings

LITSCO Joint-Tight Extruded Lead Tee is to be used at all Coping Stone Joints. Set in Type I Urethane Sealant. Available in Two sizes 1-1/2" and 7/8", high purity grade lead, Four foot lengths, meets federal specification QQ-L-171 Grade B. Also Lead Wedges 1" x ½" x 1/8", ideal for securing metal Reglet flashings into masonry stones.

LITSCO Streamline® Lock-Tight Snap-On Coping can be used in conjunction with Streamline® panels, or can be separately installed as protection for the top of the parapet walls. Factory mutual approved coping covers are manufactured for positive drainage, and features easy, snap-on installation without exposed fasteners. Lock-Tights aluminum / stainless steel anchor plates can accommodate inconsistencies in wall width's up to ½" in variation. Coping available in Aluminum, Copper, Stainless Steel and Zinc with concealed splice plates, anchor plates with support chair and spring clip.

Panels can be installed in a vertically staggered or horizontally uniform pattern. LITSCO is a fabricator of Reynobond Aluminum Composite façade panels.

LITSCO Streamline® metal panel waterproofing system for cladding parapet walls, Panel dimension 44" wide ideal for short sheet application, Available in painted aluminum, cold rolled and lead coated copper, Pre-Weathered quartz zinc and painted galvanized sheets. Panel is fastened with #12-410 stainless steel self drilling screws with neoprene tops seal washer and matching color cap. Sub girt 18 Ga. /20 Ga. Galvanized steel, installed horizontally. Panel bottom closure to match the streamline panel, available in alternative two-piece design,

Masonry wall flashings

LITSCO LIT-LOK two piece cap flashing. Available in Stainless steel, aluminum, cold rolled and lead coated copper, crimp bond available in copper and stainless steel. Cap Flashing shall be two-piece type as manufactured by LITSCO of Glendale, NY. Receiver material may contain 1/16" high crimp-bond deformations. Insert and Receiver lock together without additional fasteners and are formed with 2-inch overlaps, 8 feet on center. Thru-wall, Reglet and Stucco profile receivers are available.

LITSCO Mortar-Tight sawtooth metal Thru-Wall flashing used under parapet coping, for counter flashing in masonry walls, spandrel beams and elsewhere. Provides a 3-way keyed mechanical bond in all directions set in the mortar bed. Interlocking side laps allow weep hole drainage while cutting off moisture that can seep into masonry construction over time. Available in Stainless Steel, Cold Rolled and Lead Coated Copper, custom fabrication thru-wall designs per project requirements. Fascias and Metal Edgings

Streamline plytight snap-on fascia systems: Two designs of factory mutual approved concealed fastener. Fascia systems are compatible with all types of roof systems. Includes our non-penetrating flashdown fascia, which eliminates the need to strip in roof flashings.

LITSCO Heavy Duty Designer Gutters available in cold rolled copper, lead coated copper, aluminum and stainless steel. Exposed face designs in standard cornice and O.G. profile finish per specification, Interior gutter fabricated in heavy gauge galvanized steel or .050" aluminum with concealed splice plates. Gutter spacers and brackets in heavy-duty aluminum or copper. LITSCO Standard Industrial Box Gutters also available.
