Material Availability:
- Kynar painted aluminum exterior / finished aluminum interior
- Pre-Weathered Zinc exterior / Pre-Weathered Zinc interior
- Two sheets of .020” (.50mm) aluminum or .7mm pre-weathered zinc permanently bonded to each side of an extruded thermoplastic compound core material
- Two types of cores are available: Polyethylene (PE) or Fire-Resistant (FR)
- Total Panel thickness: PE - 6mm, FR - 5mm
Material Availability:
- Route & Return, caulk "wet" installation over picture frame metal subgirt purlins
- Fasten with 5/8" minimum joint width (or as required by design), apply backer rod & high performance silicone sealant
- Staggered extruded clips supplied integral to panel
