LIT-Lok Two-Piece Cap Flashing

Application:

• Combines masonry flashing with roof counterflashing in separate pieces, particularly useful when masonry wall construction and roof installation occur at different times
• NOW APPROVED BY THE NEW YORK CITY SCHOOL CONTSTRUCTION AUTHORITY (NYCSCA).

Features:

• Insert locks in without additional fasteners installed after roof flashing to allow proper construction staging
• Both receiver and insert contain integral 2" side laps
• Longer 8'-0" lengths for both receiver and insert
• Insert can be removed for roof base flashing maintenance or repair

• Receiver available in three profiles: Thru-wall, Surface Mount, or Panel Closure type

Mortar-Tight Thru-wall Metal Flashing

• Saw-tooth patterned metal with interlocking side laps cuts off moisture that can seep into masonry construction

Application:

• Thru-wall flashing under parapet coping, counter flashing in masonry walls, spandrel beams and elsewhere

Features:

• Provides 3-way mechanical bond in all directions in the mortar setting bed and weep-hole drainage which cuts off moisture that can seep into masonry construction over time
• Interlocking side laps
