Aluminum Mill Finish Substrates:

Baked Enamel Painted Finish:

• High solids polyester coating available in aluminum with 1.0 mil dry film thickness
• Meets standard exposure, gloss, salt spray and humidity resistance

Kynar® Fluoropolymer Premium Painted Finish:

• Formulated with 70% Kynar® resins, available with a 20 year coating warranty in aluminum and galvanized steel
• Standard Colors: Classic Bronze, Mocha Bronze, Parchment, Frisco White, Pueblo Tan, Patina Green, Colonial Red, Cadet Grey, Oyster White and Mansard Brown

Copper

• ASTM B370 Fed Spec QQ-C-576 cold rolled USA manufactured sheet
• ASTM B101 lead coated copper sheet 6 to 7 ½ lbs. coating per 100 sq. foot per side
• Evergreen pre-patinated sheet copper manufactured by Revere Copper
• Freedom gray lead-free zinc coated copper manufactured by Revere Copper
• Soft-rolled copper, various widths

Zinc:

• Pre-weathered finish maintains consistent look
• Copper-titanium zinc complies with standards: NFA55-201 & BS6561A
• Available underside factory coating removes need for venting

Stainless Steel:

• ASTM A240 "Dead Soft" fully annealed type 304-2d finish
• Available in various gauges and widths

Terne Coated Stainless Steel:

• 304 stainless steel coated both sides with zinc/tin ZT ALLOY manufactured by Follansbee Steel

Galvanized Steel:

• G-90 grade galvanized conforms to ASTM A924 and ASTM A653
• Available in 14 GA, 16 GA, 18 GA, 20 GA, 22 GA, 24 GA, 26 GA, 48" Wide Sheets, (36"widesheets available in limited gauges, call for availability)

Crimp Bond:

• Continuous 7/32" wide x 1/16" deep corrugated, line-deformed surface creates a mechanical bond to mortar
• Available in aluminum, stainless steel and copper

Satin Anodized 201R, 215R; and Duranodic Finish
